Intricate works of art in Iran mosque

Arches are indispensable features of Islamic architecture in Iran, represented as ornamentation to the interior of a mosque.  

A clear case in point is Vakil mosque in Iran's Shiraz, Fars Province. The mosque is located in the west of Vakil Bazaar with two porches (Iwans) and two prayer halls on the south- and west-facing sides of Vakil mosque.
